Painting Applications
TER
Thermoventilating units for heat-exchange recovery with air/water battery with suitable electric fan built into an insulated and soundproof structure.
The air sucked in by the system can be reintegrated through an appropriate circuit consisting of the rigid galvanized return pipe, the Thermo-ventilating air treatment unit and the plenums with very high efficiency filters; Through this circuit, air free of dust and pollen will be reintroduced into the painting room, at the optimum temperature for the processing of the products and for the comfort of the operators.
The Air Treatment Unit is a compact group consisting of a suitable centrifugal fan and an air/water heat exchange battery, whose connection to the hot water circuit will be at your care.
The air sucked in by the system can be partially reintroduced into the shed through an appropriate reintegration circuit, consisting of rigid galvanized tubing with a rectangular section, a low energy consumption electric fan and diffuser plenums with very high efficiency filters; Due to this circuit, the air free of dust and pollen will be reintroduced into the shed, limiting the phenomenon of natural reintegration which can bring dusty air into the working space and cause distrurbs to the operators.
The Box we propose is made of perimeter thermal walls and thermal ceiling in sandwich panels. It is designed and built to house both painting booths and drying columns for the extraction of the vapors exhaled during the drying of the artifacts. On the roof, built on purpose with a reinforced corrugated section, there can be installed a pressurizer which will reintegrate the air drawn in from the cabin and create an overpressure inside the box.
The box will allow to obtain a pressurized room in order to optimize the efficiency of the aspiration in the painting area, keeping the environment free from dust and fumes. It will also allow, thanks to the insulation of the walls and the thermoregulation, to create the optimal conditions for the polymerization of the paints and their perfect drying, allowing an increase in the degree of finish of your products and an adequate level of comfort and safety for operators.

Dry paint spray booths for high efficiency filtration of dust generated by finishing operations. Supplied off the shelf with electric panel, ceiling light, differential pressure switch, spray go-ahead and already set up for activated carbon filtration. Average speed over whole section ca. 0.5 m/s.
EN/VR-VG
Paint spray booths for filtration of dust generated by finishing operations with dual water wash system, supplied off the shelf with electric panel, ceiling light, differential pressure switch, electrovalve for consent to running of painting spray-gun and already set up for activated carbon filtration.
In order to best meet your aspiration needs for the emissions produced by the painting operations, we intend to propose a painting booth with water film filtration.

This cabin is equipped with an electrical panel with an operating counter, ceiling light with 4 neon 36W / each (approximately 600 lux of light intensity) and is completely soundproofed. The structure is made of press-folded galvanized steel and has been designed to be assembled even by unskilled personnel and in a very short time.
Dry booths CR-S
The dry painting booth mod. CRS complete with 2.2 kW aspirator, start/stop panel, support surface, lighting fixture and filter media in foam-paper, is most commonly used in spray painting operations.
This cabin is equipped with an electrical panel with an operating counter, ceiling lights with 4 neon 36W/each (approximately 600 lux of light intensity) and is completely soundproofed. The structure is made of press-folded galvanized steel and has been designed to be assembled even by unskilled personnel and in a very short time.
The electric-fan ensures uniform suction over the needed surface for a total flow rate of 12,000 m3/h. The engine is located inside the cabin itself, a feature that reduces noise emissions.
The air sucked and filtered from the booth will be expelled into the atmosphere through vent piping with an increased diameter. It also has a a rain cover system with an open top and ports for sampling analysis in accordance with "UNI 10169".
Carbon filter for Volatile Organic Compounds, solvents and odors mod. CARBOCUBO. It is composed of a series of single or double layer cells, containing activated carbon with high adsorption capacity. The quantity and thickness of the activated carbons guarantee a contact time> 1s, in compliance with the regulations and technical data sheets operational in Italy. It is suitable for the abatement of almost all compounds of organic origin and many of inorganic origin and is most commonly used in the fields of painting, graphics/printing, chemical processes, gluing, recycling/SUW disposal (solid urban waste), cosmetics, fiberglass processing, nautical.
After the painting phase, the coated products are placed in the drying room. Inside the room the drying/destratification columns evacuates the VOCs (volatile organic compounds) produced during the process of solidification / drying of the paint
PLENUM
Air return plenum in the work environment. When authorized, it allows to compensate and homogeneously distribute the air extracted from the suction system, balancing the internal depression of the environment that is created. It is equipped with H13 (EN1822) filters and differential pressure switch with self-powered indicator light to signal clogging.
